FBLA logo-flag   Point Systems

A point system is an effective way of encouraging members to be actively involved in the local FBLA chapter.  Points are earned for such items as attending chapter meetings and conferences, serving as a chapter officer or committee chairperson, participating in activities, and raising funds for the chapter.

Many FBLA chapters use the point system to recognize members for such awards as member of the month, outstanding member for the year, or Future Business Leader.  The point system encourages students to be actively involved in the chapter's activities and is used to determine those students eligible to attend the State Leadership Conference.

Five Nebraska FBLA chapters have point systems that can be used or modified for use in your local FBLA programs.
